Chapter 35
Reunion
Jane and Jodie had only known each other for a short time but they shared a bond that was unbreakable, and it only grew stronger over time. Now, here they were, on a boat in the middle of the ocean, after completing a successful time travelling mission. But as they were heading to safety, something strange started to happen to them.
It began with a tingling sensation in their bodies, almost like an electric shock. They looked at each other with concern, wondering what was happening. Suddenly, they noticed their fingertips and toes starting to dematerialize right in front of their eyes. Panic set in as they realized what was happening – their time travelling had caught up with them and their bodies were unable to handle the paradox.
Tears welled up in their eyes as they looked at each other with regretful expressions. They knew this was a possibility, but they had always pushed it to the back of their minds in the face of their duties. Now, it was too late, and they were paying the ultimate price for their bravery.
“I’m sorry, Jodie,” Jane said, her voice trembling. “I never thought it would end like this.”
Jodie shook her head, tears streaming down her face. “No, don’t apologize, Jane. You have nothing to be sorry for. We knew the risks, and we did what we had to do.”
They both leaned in and shared a passionate kiss, pouring out all their love for each other in that moment. It was bittersweet, knowing that this could be their last kiss. But they were both grateful that they were able to express their feelings before it was too late.
“It’s an honor and a pleasure, Jodie,” Jane whispered as they broke apart. “I’m so glad we met. You’re a fine soldier, and a hot one at that.”
Jodie couldn’t help but laugh, despite the tears still streaming down her face. “No, Lieutenant, the pleasure has been all mine. I’ve never been so lucky to have met someone as special as you.”
They both smiled at each other, their hearts full of love and pride for each other. They knew that this was their ultimate sacrifice – to save the human race from extinction. But they were content, knowing that they had fulfilled their duty and had each other by their side until the very end.
As their bodies continued to dematerialize, they closed their eyes and held onto each other tightly, their love and bond growing even stronger in their final moments. Tears still streaming down their faces, they disappeared into thin air, leaving the remaining members of the team in shock and disbelief.
The navy seals couldn’t believe their eyes as they watched their comrades vanish into thin air. They had never seen anything like it before, and they were at a loss for words. But their shock was short-lived as they noticed a hostile helicopter heading their way.
Jodie woke up in her soft, comfortable bed in her small, cramped apartment. She blinked a few times, trying to adjust to the bright morning light seeping through the curtains. Slowly, she sat up and rubbed her eyes, trying to shake off the remnants of a strange dream that still clung to her.
But as she reached for her phone to check the time, she realized it was not a dream. She was back. Back in her old life, in her old apartment. It was June 6th, 2024, the day of her date with John. The day everything had begun to go wrong.
Jodie couldn't believe it. She had just completed a time traveling mission, one that had seemed impossible. But she had done it. She had saved the world from a desolate, dark future and prevented the rise of a dangerous AI known as Sky-Sex. Jodie couldn't help but feel a sense of pride, knowing that her sacrifice and hard work had paid off, but nobody would ever know of her struggle and accomplishment.
But as she looked around her apartment, everything felt too surreal. She felt like she was in a dream, and at any moment she would wake up back in the future. She knew she was human again, back in her own body, but the memories of her previous life and mission were still fresh in her mind.
Jodie couldn't help but think of Jane. The lieutenant who had been by her side throughout the mission. The one she had fallen in love with. The one she had just lost. It was a bittersweet feeling, knowing she had saved the future but lost the love of her life.
But before she could dwell on those thoughts any longer, her phone started vibrating. Jodie hesitantly answered the call from an unknown number, unsure of who it could be.
'Hello?' Jodie said in a curious tone.
'Hello, is this Jodie LuvLips?' A male voice responded.
Jodie's heart skipped a beat. It sounded like her commander, Blake. But his voice sounded different, younger. Could it be?
'Yes, speaking.' Jodie replied, her voice filled with excitement and confusion.
'Oh thank goodness, Jodie it's commander Blake. Well, it's me but I'm younger. We have to meet up and discuss what's happening.' Blake said urgently.
Jodie's eyes widened in disbelief. Could it be possible that she had changed the course of history and now her commander was younger? And why did they need to meet up? What was happening?
Commander Blake's voice was stern and commanding, but Jodie knew he cared for their team deeply. 'What about Lieutenant Jane?' Jodie asked, her voice filled with concern for her fellow team member.
'You can ask her yourself when you see her,' Blake replied with a hint of amusement. 'I'm going to send you a message with the location and time to meet up. It will be you, me, Lieutenant Jane, and General Cox. We will see you soon, Jodie.'
Jodie couldn't contain her excitement any longer and let out a small shriek of joy. 'Yes sir, I will look forward to it,' she replied excitedly before ending the call.
Jodie couldn't contain her excitement. She couldn't wait to see her commander and Jane again, to see them alive and well in this timeline.
But as she lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, a wave of guilt hit her. Thoughts of John flooded her mind. She didn't love him anymore, she realized. She had spent the last eighteen years without him, mourning his death and moving on with her life. She had fallen in love again, but in John's eyes, it had only been a couple of hours since they last spoke.
Jodie knew she had to end it with John, but first, she had to meet up with her team. She hoped that Jane still had the memory of their past love. Jodie received a text message from Commander Blake, instructing her to meet at a bar later that evening, thirty miles away from her home.
Without wasting any time, Jodie jumped in the shower and quickly got dressed.
Jodie hailed a taxi to take her to meet her team at a the bar. As she climbed into the backseat, she couldn't help but feel a sense of unease when she saw the driver. He was a real dirty fucking perverted pig, with greasy hair and a lecherous gaze that made her skin crawl. As they drove through the dimly lit streets, the taxi driver couldn’t keep his eyes off of Jodie. He was old and wrinkled, with yellow-stained teeth and a beer belly.
The cab smelled of old cigarette smoke and stale sweat, making Jodie feel nauseous. She couldn’t wait for this ride to be over. But little did she know, it was going to be the longest taxi ride of her life.
But she shrugged it off and gave him the address, determined not to let him ruin her evening. However, as soon as the car began moving, the driver's eyes landed on her. Jodie could see him getting hard and he started rubbing on his dirty old groin. She shifted uncomfortably, trying to ignore his disgusting behavior.
'Damn, girl, you're looking mighty fine in that red dress,' the driver called out, his voice dripping with malicious intent.
Jodie clenched her jaw and forced herself to stay calm. She was used to dealing with creeps like him, Jodie bit her lip to stop herself from lashing out at him. She remembered her combat training and how easy it would be to snap his neck like a twig. But she didn’t want to risk getting into trouble or ruining her night with her friends.
She could feel his eyes on her, undressing her with his perverted gaze. It made her skin crawl and she had to resist the urge to throw up. She pulled out her phone, pretending to be engrossed in a text message, hoping it would deter him from making any more inappropriate comments.
But the driver seemed to be enjoying her discomfort, taking it as a challenge to make her even more uncomfortable. He began asking her more and more lewd questions, and his hand kept inching closer and closer down his pants.
She felt disgusted, but she didn’t want to give him the satisfaction of knowing that. So she just sat there, trying to ignore his hungry stares and the dirty comments he kept making.
“Hey pretty lady, are you going somewhere special?” The taxi driver asked in a sleazy voice.
Jodie just ignored him, hoping he would take the hint and keep his mouth shut. But he didn’t, he continued to talk.
“You look so sexy in that tight red dress. I bet you look even better without it.” He said with a creepy grin.
So she tried to distract herself by looking out the window, but the taxi driver wouldn’t stop. He kept making sexual comments and suggestions, hoping to get a reaction from Jodie.
“Hey, why don’t we make a quick stop at my place? I have some handcuffs and a whip, I promise you’ll enjoy it.” He said with a perverted smirk.
Jodie’s blood boiled at the thought of this disgusting man. She wanted to scream and punch him in the face, but she held herself back. She didn’t want to give him the satisfaction.
As they got closer to her destination, the taxi driver’s comments became more and more vile. He talked about her body, her clothes, and what he would do to her if they were alone.
Jodie could feel herself getting angrier and angrier, but she suppressed it and focused on her breathing. She refused to let this perverted pig get to her. She was better than that.
The taxi ride felt like an eternity, with the driver making Jodie's skin crawl every second. She wanted to get out and run as far away from the disgusting man as possible, but she knew that wasn't an option.
Jodie was relieved when the taxi finally stopped, and she quickly paid him and got out. She could feel the taxi driver’s eyes following her as she walked away. But she didn’t turn back, she just wanted to put this uncomfortable and disgusting ride behind her.
As she arrived at the bar, Jodie felt a familiar pang of nervousness. She had to confront Jane, her former lover. She wondered if Jane would remember their love and if she was also younger.
Taking a deep breath, Jodie walked into the bar and scanned the crowded room. Her eyes landed on Jane, and time seemed to stop for a moment.
There she was, Jane, younger and more stunning than ever. Jodie felt her heart flutter as she made her way towards her, unable to take her eyes off of the woman who had captured her heart. Jane was also scanning the room, eagerly waiting for Jodie's arrival. Their eyes locked and a smile spread across Jane's face as she stood up. Without hesitation, they both rushed into each other's arms and shared a passionate kiss.
Feeling a surge of emotions, Jodie finally spoke, 'Look at you, Lieutenant. I didn't think you could possibly get any more beautiful.' Jane chuckled and replied, 'I'm not a lieutenant yet, just Jane. But I am thinking of changing my career path.' They both laughed and Jodie couldn't help but feel overjoyed to finally be reunited with the woman she loved.
As the four of them sat together, celebrating and laughing, they couldn't help but reflect on the strange series of events that had brought them all back together. Jodie couldn't help but ask, 'But why do we still have our memories?' Commander Blake, who was now 18 years younger, had a theory that they were all caught in a paradox loop being so close to the explosion that destroyed Sky-Sex. General Cox, who was also now younger, was confused as to why they had woken up in the year 2024. Blake had another theory that the timeline had restored order and had to erase any evidence of the Sperminator's existence, the first ever recorded attack from a Sperminator was in 2024.
But none of that mattered now. The important thing was that their mission to save the world was a success, and they were all healthy, safe, and reunited. And to top it all off, they had gained an extra 18 years of life to relive together once again. As they raised their glasses in a toast, Jodie couldn't help but feel grateful for this second chance at life with the ones she loved.
Jodie eventually broke it off with John and moved in with Jane, Jodie continued her career as a nurse and Jane joined the military, they were madly in love and lived happily, and of course, they engaged in the best lesbian sex two women could ever ask for.
The end (The true end) well done.
